Just found your site a week ago .... THANKS for the great workouts!! I attend my local masters sessions 3 to 4 times a week but I usually add in an extra swim per week. I used to scour the web for workouts or create my own ... now the scouring has ended as I will just use your most excellent workouts. I can also now add a name to my cursing ... "darn that Sara." ;) Thanks again! Matt

Agree! I'm training for Y Nationals and I mostly swim alone...it's so nice to have a variety of workouts to scour to find one that works for me. Thanks for all of your hard work!
