In the meantime, I think it's time to start loading workouts again...do you agree? We resume the Central Florida Masters Swim team practices at the beginning of December and I will start posting our workouts so that you can follow along on your own.

Let me know what your favorite types of sets are and maybe you'll see them featured here in the future!

Hooray! I found your site several years ago and I'm so glad you are posting new workouts again! As a Masters swimmer who competes (but trains mostly solo) I like that there are different distances for a workout each time.

Words can't express my excitement and gratitude for you coming back!! I workout alone and these practices fly by! I love the variety, how you mix in stroke work and mainly how you kick my butt!! Woo hoo!!!!
