I am new to the site and love it. Thank you for posting these workouts. Probably a silly ? but what does FAST/easy by segment mean.

"FAST/easy by segment" is telling you to change speeds on each segment of the Suicide. So, swim FAST for the first 15 meters, then turn around as swim easy for the next 15 meters. Then, swim FAST for the 30 meters, turn and swim easy 30 meters. Finally, swim a fast 50 meters, followed by an easy 50 meters.
