I'm a swimmer/triathlete recently moved to Alabama and I've been using your masters training blog for the last seven weeks to give me swim workouts while I get back in shape. I've been part of great masters teams before and I love using your workouts because having someone else make up the workouts mixes up my swimming and makes it easier to push myself in a workout.
