I hope this isn't a dumb question...but, are these workouts for yds or meters? I see the pool is 50 meters by 25 yds so I wasn't sure... Thanks! Great workouts!

Currently, the pool is set up 25 yards every day. I hope we get some long course training during the winter holidays...I will make a note on any practices that are Meters!
